Tortilla Union Southwest Grill is a mix of Southwestern, Mexican, and Baja California Flavors. Brought to Station Park in Farmington, Utah by the Owners of Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar, Tortilla opened its second location mid-March of 2018 with the goal of celebrating the spirit and flavors of the Southwest. As the sister company and next-door neighbor of Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar at Station Park, Tortilla Union is committed to the same level of quality its customers know and trust. The food is comprised of fresh, regional ingredients and environment and ambiance to match. The full-service bar features specialty Southwestern cocktails, regional and craft beers and select wines. ID Studio 4 provided Interior Design services creating a casual and comfortable dining atmosphere utilizing soft woods, rustic metals, unique lighting, a covered patio, and custom fireplace as a focal point. ID Studio 4 also provided Architectural, Engineering, and Structural services providing creative solutions to the challenges and restrictions that came with a corner space scheduled to be a retail tenant. With a fantastic view of fountain square, guests have a front seat to the year-round activities and the dancing water fountain while enjoying a great meal. A passion for unique southwestern cuisine inspired the creation of this casual and comfortable restaurant that is sure to satisfy diners with the same commitment and service food at all Twigs locations.
