Twig’s Bistro and Martini Bar, was established in Spokane, Washington in 2001 with its roots as a casual cozy dining and drinking experience with regional menus. The Family-Owned and Operated concept offers its guests a unique dining experience that is sophisticated yet casual; serving traditional dishes that are elevated to a whole new level and appetizers that walk the line between classic and eccentric. Guests can relax at the bar and choose from their award-winning 36 signature martinis. Twig’s restaurants feature alluring décor with regional color accents, private meeting and dining space with spacious seating, and a heated patio for a pleasant year-round outside dining experience.

Twig's Bistro and Martini Bar is expanding across the United States with 11 locations to date. ID Studio 4 was contracted to take the localized concept and adapt it for new markets, providing full Architectural, Design, and Engineering services. To date, we have completed three new locations in Fort Worth, TX, Murray, UT, and Vancouver, WA which is located on a beautiful waterfront.

We are excited to additionally work on their second Texas location, in The Colony (Grandscape), which will be part of the city's brand new 400-acre mixed-use development - anticipated to be complete in 2019.
