ID Studio 4 has been engaged in assisting with the corporate development team in surveying candidate lease spaces for evaluation of suitable needs for their retail tenant finish-out projects.

Additionally, ID Studio 4 serves as the architectural and engineering team in preparation of construction documents and assistance in obtaining building permits for the program.
